Enovve is a retail operations platform delivered on rugged Android handhelds.
It combines point of sale, inventory counting, order fulfilment, customer
records, exception alerts and a natural-language assistant in one application,
writing every action to a single append-only operational ledger.

## What Enovve is for

- **Sell** — Checkout in the aisle. Take payment where the customer is standing. Card, cash and instalments settle against the same ledger as the back office, so the day closes itself.
- **Products** — Count without closing. Barcode and RFID capture at gun speed. Cycle counts run during trading hours and reconcile against the catalogue as you walk.
- **Orders** — One queue, every channel. Store, online and reserved orders land in the same list, with pick, pack and hand-off states that a floor associate can actually follow.
- **Customers** — History in your hand. Purchase history, open orders and preferences surface the moment you scan a loyalty code — no separate CRM tab, no waiting.
- **Alerts** — Problems find you. Low stock, price mismatches and failed payments are pushed to the device that can fix them, not buried in a report nobody opens.
- **Ask Enovve** — Your data, in plain language. Ask what sold, what is short and what to reorder. The assistant reads the same live operational data the dashboard does and answers on the spot.

## How it works

1. **Plug into your stack** — Enovve connects to the ERP, e-commerce platform and payment provider you already run. No migration, no freeze window.
2. **Hand out the devices** — Rugged handhelds arrive configured and enrolled. An associate is productive after one shift, not one training week.
3. **Work the floor** — Selling, counting and fulfilment happen in the aisle. Every scan updates the same ledger the dashboard reads.
4. **Close on real numbers** — Revenue, ticket, stock position and exceptions are current to the last scan — not to last night's batch.

A scan on the device is written to a durable local queue first, so the app keeps
working without signal. Events replay into an append-only ledger; the dashboard,
the assistant and the public API are three readers of the same projection, which
is why they cannot disagree. Enovve pushes to and subscribes from the ERP,
e-commerce platform and payment provider the customer already runs — those
remain the system of record.

### Does Enovve replace my ERP?
No. Enovve is the layer your team actually touches. It connects to the ERP you already run and writes back to it, so finance keeps its system of record while the floor gets a tool built for the floor.

### What happens when the stockroom has no signal?
The device keeps working. Scans, sales and counts queue locally and reconcile automatically when the connection returns — nothing is lost and nothing is double-counted.

### Do we have to buy your hardware?
The full experience — pistol grip, RFID, hot-swap battery — runs on the rugged handhelds we ship. The same app also runs on standard Android phones if you want to start smaller.

### How long does rollout take?
That depends on your integrations, so we scope it in the demo rather than promising a number here.

### What can the AI assistant actually see?
Only your own operational data, scoped to the asking user's role. It answers questions about sales, stock and orders; it does not act on your behalf without confirmation.
