Retail operations, on the handheld

Run the floor from one device.

Enovve puts point of sale, inventory, orders and customers on a single rugged handheld — with an AI assistant that answers in plain language. Your team sells, counts and restocks without walking back to the office.

Interactive tour

Six jobs. One device. Try it.

Pick a task and watch the handheld change. You can also tap the nav bar on the device itself.

The number everyone argues about, settled.

Revenue, ticket, orders, customers and stock exposure on one screen, current to the last scan rather than to last night's batch.

Why it matters

Every tile is a query against the same ledger the ERP reads — there is no second set of books to reconcile.

How it works

One scan, five stops, no second set of books.

This is the whole mechanism. Select any stage to see what it does and why it is built that way.

3 · The ledger is append-only

Events replay into the ledger in order. Because it only ever appends, the current stock position is a computed view rather than a number somebody overwrote — which is what makes an audit trail possible at all.

Ask Enovve

Ask your operation a question. In plain language.

The assistant reads the same live ledger the dashboard does — sales, stock position, orders, exceptions — and answers from it. No dashboards to build, no BI ticket to file.

  • Scoped to the asking user's role — an associate and a regional director get different answers to the same question.
  • Every answer cites the figures it used, so you can check it rather than trust it.
  • It answers. It does not act on your behalf without an explicit confirmation.

Model it yourself

What does walking back to the terminal cost you?

Every figure below is yours to set. We are not claiming a saving — we are showing you the size of the problem in your own numbers.

12

Locations you would roll out to.

8

People who would carry a device.

35 min

Your estimate — count trips to the back office for stock checks, price lookups and order status.

$24

Wage plus employer costs.

On your numbers

0 h

Staff hours a year spent walking to a terminal instead of serving.

$0

What those hours cost at $24/hour.

Assumes a six-day trading week, 52 weeks. This is arithmetic on the values you entered — it is not a measured result, a benchmark, or a saving Enovve guarantees. Bring it to the demo and we will pressure-test it against your actual floor.

Under the hood

Built like infrastructure, not like a dashboard.

The parts nobody demos are the parts that decide whether a rollout survives its second month.

Live operational ledger

Every scan, sale and adjustment writes to one event stream. The dashboard, the assistant and your ERP all read the same truth.

Offline-first by design

Stockrooms have bad signal. The device keeps working, queues its writes and reconciles the moment it reconnects.

Barcode and RFID in one pass

The same trigger reads 1D, 2D and UHF RFID, so a count and a price check are the same motion.

Role-scoped access

A seasonal associate, a store manager and a regional director see three different apps on the same hardware.

Open API and webhooks

Read the ledger, push catalogue changes, subscribe to exceptions. Everything the app does is available over the API.

Audit trail on every write

Who scanned it, on which device, at which second. Shrinkage investigations stop being archaeology.

Rollout

Live in the aisle, not in a steering committee.

Enovve sits on top of the systems you already run, so going live is a configuration exercise rather than a migration.

  1. 01

    Plug into your stack

Enovve connects to the ERP, e-commerce platform and payment provider you already run. No migration, no freeze window.

  2. 02

    Hand out the devices

Rugged handhelds arrive configured and enrolled. An associate is productive after one shift, not one training week.

  3. 03

    Work the floor

Selling, counting and fulfilment happen in the aisle. Every scan updates the same ledger the dashboard reads.

  4. 04

    Close on real numbers

Revenue, ticket, stock position and exceptions are current to the last scan — not to last night's batch.
